Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing and managing our digital marketing strategies, including social media marketing, SEO, email campaigns, and paid advertising. This role requires creativity, attention to detail, and a passion for staying ahead of industry trends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across multiple channels (social media, email, search engines, etc.).
  • Manage social media platforms, creating engaging content and monitoring user engagement.
  • Optimize content for SEO to improve organic traffic.
  • Plan and execute paid campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads.
  • Analyze and report on the performance of digital campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to create compelling marketing materials.
  • Monitor competitors and digital marketing industry trends to identify new opportunities.
  • Handle email marketing campaigns, including list management, content creation, and performance analysis.
  • Track and manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective strategies.
  • Engage with the audience and respond to inquiries on social media platforms.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing (1-3 years preferred).
  • Hands-on experience with SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.
  • Proficient in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and other digital marketing platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills to measure campaign effectiveness and ROI.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and handle various projects simultaneously.
  • Creative thinking and a passion for staying up-to-date with digital marketing trends.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
  • Graphic design skills or familiarity with tools like Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator.
  • Knowledge of email marketing tools like Mailchimp, Constant Contact, etc.
